Pardon our dust. We are currently working on updating our site-layout and design! We are open for Roleplay, however, so pop into the discord and say hello! Check out our Guidebook for basic information on the site and do not hesitate to ask our staff if you have any questions. We are a friendly group of people that enjoy writing together (and perhaps creating some juicy in-character drama) and we would love for you to join us!
Welcome to Drift!

11/08/20: A mysterious disease seems to be targeting the plant life all throughout Drift. Decay and rot is breaking down trees and small sections of forest in many different places. Meanwhile, a new pack has begun to rise within Idaith while the Assyr pride begins to falter and slowly disappear within Veyr. Winter will be upon the continent soon, but what does this disease mean for the creatures that call this place home? Mysterious sounds and small quakes seem to be happening occasionally when no witnesses are present to see their source. Could they somehow be releated to the disease or are the creatures of Drift destined to be confronted with multiple dangers when the snow begins to fall?
The skies have begun to darken with autumn rains during the day and the nighttime temperatures are starting to plummet. Mornings outside of the desert lands are greeted by frozen dew and fog, and leaves have begun to change colors and fall from the trees. Winter is quickly approaching and with it comes unknown dangers. There is strength in numbers, but what about those that have no place to call home?
Arak is possibly one of the more prosperous territories outside of Idaith on the main continent. The lands here are covered in grasses, hills, and forests, making it the ideal place for herds to call home. The northern coast does frequently see cold weather and snow during the winter seasons, and though the southern edge that borders Idaith does not frequently see rainfall, the land is still plentiful and rich throughout most of the territory.
Unclaimable
Stretching through the majority of Arak, the Orai Hills provide excellent feeding grounds for many creatures. The lands are rich and the grasses are tall and sturdy, making it an almost year-round supply for prey animals. During the winters a heavy frost does kill about half of the greenery here, though most of the hardier grasses still manage to survive somehow.
Beautiful grass, hills, and flowers as far as the eye can see is the perfect way to describe the Burr Highlands. They are plentiful in greenery all year round, and the hills provide many safe places to hide, burrow, or den throughout inclement weather. Beware, because of the elevation here and how open some areas are, it can get dangerously windy on occasion.
Starting far north at the Arak coast, the Genesis River falls and twists through the hills and grows larger and more powerful the farther it stretches. The waters are often full of fish and aquatic life, and many call it the lifeblood of Drift because it travels so far and even into other territories.
Running right up to the coast, Arethan's Edge appears to almost drop directly off into nothing. However, there is a slight slope down to the rocky shore below, and a lone tree provides shade for anyone interested in relaxing and watching the day go by.
